He is very responsive to our messages via WhatsApp and Trello, which makes everything go smoothly. He isn’t perfect, but that’s normal. I’ve had no problems at all with Reggie. There is always room for improvement. But everything is going well!

He is always ready to answer questions, make a certain video a priority or give ideas on how to improve my videos. I haven’t had any issues and if there has been something I wanted changed, he would promptly make corrections. We have a great line of communication. Everything he has worked on has been done quickly and at a very high standard. When he notices he’s running low on videos to edit he reaches out promptly. I get so many compliments on my videos now, HE IS FANTASTIC!

Aiko has the right attitude and is trying to be the best VA she can be. Her intention is to complete things right the first time and she likes to complete tasks quickly. She is very task oriented and learns tasks quickly. With more time and more confidence, I think we will see her really grow within our team. She needs to believe in herself to improve confidence, take some calculated risks, ask great questions, improve on prioritization and begin to anticipate needs. We need her to learn the business so she can really help become an important part of our growth as a team. We love having her and want to see her grow and do well here.

Ritz is dedicated, has a great attitude and is willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. He wants to serve the team at a high level. He educates himself to continue to move us forward. We are happy to have him on the team.

He is extremely responsive, detail oriented, simply excellent and takes care of everything he is responsible for me and is good at seeing what needs to be done next. I am VERY SATISFIED.

She is very helpful and responsive. She does a great job at keeping me updated and on task. She is always on top of “to-do” items. I highly appreciate her proactiveness to her job. She does a great job!

Karen responds timely for my requests and completes all the tasks I ask of her. Communicates very well to me and as when needed. She proactively provides suggestions that helps my business. I am happy with Karen.

Maria has been very responsive to my requests and take great initiative. She is professional and clear in communication, manages her tasks very well, and has been proactive on numerous occasions and has taken a great amount of time trying to help the ISA understand the system and what is expected of her. Maria is fantastic and I enjoy working with her!

Joshua is very good Database Manager; He’s prompt in responding to me and I never have to ask twice. He keeps me on track and if he can’t finish an assignment, he definitely lets me know his new deadline. He anticipates what we need and run things by me just to get confirmation on what he’d like to do. I am satisfied with his performance.

We were 100% satisfied with Joanna and really enjoyed working with her. I would highly recommend her services … the only reason we will not be using her at this time is because we have changed platforms that in the package includes the services Joanna was providing. Louis is very responsive and proactive. He communicates well and is really good at completing his tasks. He is eager to learn and very proactive, which I think is a great skill. I like how he is proactive and a quick learner. He is an independent VA which is very good, that he can learn tools on his own.

My admin assistant, Karl, is the BEST! He is very proactive, especially when I do not have the time to set up tasks for him. Also, his technical skills are very high on assignments.
