$11.00/HOUR (Full-time or part-time)

Administrative Assistants provide support by performing general administrative tasks such as creating and updating tracker reports, invoices, and expenses. They also help track and update phone appointments, review disclosures, and contact vendors.
An administrative assistant also helps with managing your daily calendar and email (Google, Outlook, Calendly, email signatures, etc.), and is in charge of client coordination (follow-up text, call, email, sending e-cards, event invitations, finding listings, schedule showings, MLS navigation, CMA, tax records, etc.) to ensure that you are maintaining a good professional relationship with your clients.
- Manage calendar and email (Google, Outlook, Calendly, email signatures, etc.)
- Schedule meetings via Zoom, G-Meet, etc. Work in Google workspace & Microsoft Office.
- Lead or client coordination (follow-up text, call, email; send e-cards & events invitations, find listings, schedule showings, MLS navigation, CMA, tax records, etc.)
- General admin tasks: create & update tracker reports, invoices & expenses, track & update phone appointments, review disclosures, contact vendors.
